Alcalá de Henares |
The construction of these walls began in 1208-1210. It is worth visiting them, from the Arch of San Bernardo, which is the entrance to the Bernardas' Square, to the Puerta de Madrid (Madrid's door). All along the city walls, it is possible to enjoy the outdoor museum of sculpture, promoted by Pepe Noja.
