MAYOR SQUARE
The Mayor square, is a marvellous example of a monumental arcaded square, based on one single style, Baroque, from the 18th Century. Three floors with iron balconies, which, laying on round archs, shelter the Town-hall that was built by Andrés García de Quiñónez following the project designed by Alberto de Churriguera. Its typically Spanish decorative elements can be easily seen.
